Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

As we drove down the dusty Serengeti road, I noticed an unmistakable silhouette on a kopje in the distance. The elegant male lion sat there unmoving and unafraid as we gingerly approached his throne. Eye to eye through the lens of the camera, he seemingly posed turning his regal head from side to side as the wind softly blew his mane. He fixated those piercing "GOLDEN" eyes upon us as we tried to capture that exquisite moment in time. His royal highness allowed us entrance to his castle, and we were lucky enough to bow before the "KING" as he sat on his throne.
Cheryl Bowman was born in Pasadena, Texas, 1948. Her parents moved to the Rio Grande Valley when she was young. Her mother was a painter who influenced her love affair with painting. After managing an art center with a retail store, school, and gallery, she realized that the creative side of Art was what appealed to her. She began painting at 28. She received a BFA from University of Texas, Pan American in South Texas at the age of 38. She taught every medium at a Magnet school in South Texas for 19 years. Her travels around the world have influenced her variety of styles although the juxtaposition of shapes and colors remain most important in her work.
