Description

Traveling through South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania, and Kenya one of the most abundant creatures was the zebra. It was amazing to see the individuality of the markings on each animal. The zebra travels in a large herd, but it isn't uncommon to see pairings within the herd. It makes you wonder what attracts one zebra to another. Is it the stripe pattern? Is it personality? Or is it simply just nature's natural pairing? In my mind, I wonder how I would keep track of my mate and children in the crowd. Perhaps, if families each chose a color, it would be easier to find everybody. I would choose "PURPLE".
